Vi indsamler IKKE: dit navn, din email, dit telefonnummer, betalingsoplysninger, billeder eller ansigtsdata.

4. Hvor længe gemmer vi data
Bestillinger: gemmes på 1923 Taxis backend tidsubegrænset til driftsformål og som dokumentation.
Favoritadresser, kommentar-historik og sidste bestilling: gemmes kun lokalt på din telefon. Slettes når du afinstallerer appen eller rydder dens data.
Push-token: slettes når du logger ud eller afinstallerer appen.
5. Tredjeparter
Vi bruger følgende tjenester til at drive appen:
Google Firebase (USA/EU) — database, push-notifikationer og server-funktioner. Underlagt Googles privatlivspolitik.
Expo (USA) — push-notifikations-formidling.
Mapbox (USA) — kort. Modtager din GPS-position når kortet vises.
Vi sælger eller deler ikke dine data med reklamebureauer eller andre tredjeparter.

This privacy policy describes how the Taxa 641111 app (the "app") handles your information. The app is operated by 1923 Taxi in Qaqortoq, Greenland.
We only collect the information necessary for the app to function:
GPS location — only while the app is open, used to display your position on the map and find the nearest taxi pickup.
Push token (anonymous) — a technical key that allows us to send notifications to your specific phone (e.g. "your taxi is on its way").
Anonymous device ID — a random number generated locally on your phone so you can see your past trips. Not linked to your name or other personal data.
Bookings — the address you enter, any comments, options (luggage, stroller, dog), chosen time, and your GPS position at the time of booking.
Language selection — whether you use the app in Greenlandic, Danish or English.
Ratings — if you rate the driver with stars and a comment after a trip.
We do NOT collect: your name, email, phone number, payment details, photos or facial data.

4. How long we keep data
Bookings: stored on 1923 Taxi's backend indefinitely for operational purposes and documentation.
Favorite addresses, comment history and last booking: stored only locally on your phone. Deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Push token: deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.
5. Third parties
We use the following services to operate the app:
Google Firebase (US/EU) — database, push notifications and server functions. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Expo (US) — push notification delivery.
Mapbox (US) — maps. Receives your GPS position when the map is displayed.
We do not sell or share your data with advertising agencies or other third parties.

Taxa 641111 er en gratis app der gør det nemmere at bestille taxa i Qaqortoq. Appen er drevet af 1923 Taxi og samler bestillinger fra flere lokale taxavognmænd (KLT, 1923, TMC, IPE).
2. Brug af appen
Du må bruge appen til at:
Bestille en taxa i Qaqortoq-området
Følge din taxas placering på kortet
Aflyse en bestilling før den er accepteret
Appen er gratis. Selve taxakørslen betaler du direkte til chaufføren efter den fastlagte takst.
3. Bestilling og afregning
Pris: taxakørslen følger den taxameter-takst der gælder for den enkelte taxa. Appen håndterer IKKE betaling — du betaler chaufføren direkte (kontant eller MobilePay alt efter chaufførens muligheder).
Aflysning: du kan aflyse gratis indtil chaufføren er ankommet.
Ingen garanti for køretid: vi gør vores bedste, men kan ikke garantere bestemte ankomsttider på grund af vejr, trafik eller chauffør-tilgængelighed.
4. Ansvarsfraskrivelse
Appen er en hjælper, ikke en erstatning for telefonen 641111. Hvis appen fejler, ring 641111.
1923 Taxi tager IKKE ansvar for forsinkelser, tabt bagage eller andre skader der opstår under taxakørslen — det er den enkelte taxa-vognmands ansvar.
Appen kan i sjældne tilfælde være offline pga. vedligeholdelse eller netværksfejl. I disse tilfælde virker telefonen 641111 stadig.
5. Forventet adfærd
Når du bruger appen, forventes det at du:
Indtaster korrekte adresseoplysninger
Mødes på den angivne pickup-adresse til den valgte tid
Behandler chaufføren respektfuldt
Ikke bruger appen til at sende falske bestillinger
Misbrug kan føre til at vi blokerer din enhed fra at bruge appen.
6. Ophavsret
Appen, dens grafik og kode tilhører 1923 Taxi. Du må ikke kopiere, modificere eller distribuere appen uden tilladelse.
Disse vilkår er underlagt grønlandsk og dansk ret. Eventuelle tvister behandles ved retten i Qaqortoq.

Taxa 641111 is a free app that makes it easier to order a taxi in Qaqortoq. The app is operated by 1923 Taxi and aggregates bookings from several local taxi operators (KLT, 1923, TMC, IPE).
2. Using the app
You may use the app to:
Order a taxi in the Qaqortoq area
Track your taxi's location on the map
Cancel an order before it is accepted
The app is free. You pay for the ride directly to the driver at the applicable rate.
3. Orders and payment
Price: rides follow the meter rate of the individual taxi. The app does NOT process payment — you pay the driver directly (cash or MobilePay depending on the driver).
Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge until the driver has arrived.
No guaranteed timing: we do our best, but cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to weather, traffic or driver availability.
4. Disclaimer
The app is a helper, not a replacement for the phone number 641111. If the app fails, call 641111.
1923 Taxi is NOT responsible for delays, lost luggage or other damages arising during the ride — those are the responsibility of the individual taxi operator.
The app may occasionally be offline for maintenance or network issues. In such cases the phone number 641111 still works.
5. Expected behaviour
When using the app you are expected to:
Enter correct address information
Meet at the specified pickup location at the chosen time
Treat the driver respectfully
Not use the app to send false orders
Abuse may result in your device being blocked from the app.

The app, its graphics and code belong to 1923 Taxi. You may not copy, modify or distribute the app without permission.
